1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that the sites you visit send to your device, where they are stored and then sent back to those same sites on your next visit.
2. Cookies used by this site
Technical cookies - necessary for the pages to work correctly. These cookies do not require prior consent (Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code).
- Local storage of your cookie choice - the preference you express through the banner is saved in your browser (localStorage) so the banner is not shown on every visit. It is never sent to any server.
Analytics cookies - used for statistical purposes, to understand how the site is browsed. They are managed through Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) and are installed only after you press "Accept" in the banner; if you choose "Decline", no Google script is loaded.
_ga- distinguishes users pseudonymously. Duration: 2 years._ga_<ID>- keeps the session state. Duration: 2 years.
IP addresses are anonymised (in GA4 this is the default behaviour). Google signals and ad
personalisation are also switched off: through Consent Mode, the ad_storage,
ad_user_data and ad_personalization parameters remain denied even after
you accept.
This site does not use profiling cookies, does not install advertising cookies and does not share data with advertising networks. Fonts, images and video are hosted on the domain itself: apart from Google Analytics, no calls are made to external servers.
3. Links to external sites
The pages of the divisions connected to Terzi Service (terrazzoitaliano.com, extraform.it, elementsmilano.it, marmogranito.it, terziluxurystone.it) are independent sites with their own policies: this policy does not apply to them.
4. Managing your preferences
You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer, which reopens the banner. Alternatively, you can set your browser to block or delete cookies. Disabling technical cookies may affect some site features. Instructions are available in the support pages of the main browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
