2. Data processed and purposes

The site does not collect data through forms. Contact happens directly by email or phone: in that case we process the data you choose to share with us (name, contact details and the content of your message) solely in order to:

• respond to requests for information, quotations and advice;
• manage any pre-contractual and contractual relationship arising from them;
• comply with the related legal obligations.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on the data subject's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Provision of data

Providing your data is optional but necessary in order to follow up on your request: without contact details we cannot reply.

5. Recipients

Data may be processed by the controller's authorised staff and by suppliers acting as data processors (hosting, email services, consultants and, for browsing statistics only, Google Ireland Limited). An up-to-date list is available on request. Data is never disclosed publicly or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Browsing statistics

Subject to consent given through the banner, the site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) for statistical purposes only, with IP anonymisation, without advertising signals and without ad personalisation. Consent can be withdrawn at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. Details in the cookie policy.

7. Transfers outside the EU

The use of Google Analytics may involve transferring data to the United States. Such transfers comply with Chapter V of the GDPR, on the basis of the adequacy decision relating to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google LLC adheres, and additionally on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission. No other processing involves transfers outside the European Economic Area.

8. Retention period

• Contact requests - 24 months from the last contact, where they do not lead to a contractual relationship.
• Contractual relationships - 10 years from conclusion, for the civil and tax obligations required by law.
• Browsing statistics - 14 months, according to the data retention setting of the Google Analytics property.
• Cookie preference - stored in your browser until it is changed or your browser data is cleared.

At the end of these periods, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

9. Your rights

You may exercise the rights set out in Articles 15-22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@terziservice.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
